1. Office Assistant (1 Female)

Basic Reqirements :-

• Educational Qualification:- Graduate

• Minimum Experience of 2 to 3 yrs.

• Industry-Any

• Good in spoken And Written later drafting English & Hindi basic behaviors skills for facing clients and senior management over telephones/face to face.

Job descriptions :-

• Front office staff: Back office, bookkeeping, credit control & collections, data entry, Other Accounting.

• Responsible for File handling, Coordinating with the sales team(collecting data from sales team and preparing Consolidated report) and meeting all requirement related to stationery.

• Responding to customer/clients mails and interacting with customer.

• Reviewing data I the personnel System for permanents employee.

• Basic Knowledge Computers (Excel ,Ms Office ,etc.)

• Awareness about Tally.

Job Location :-

• Bikaner , PUNE & Mumbai

Salary range: 1,50,000/- To 2,50,000/- Per Year.

Basic Reqirements :-

• Experience in related Industry of at least 5 to 6 years.

• Nature Experience:-Experience in sales or business developments. She/he should have handled an assignment at a regional level with significant track record of achievements.

• Experience is related and highly competitive industry like Building Materials, White cements and Paints, Building Hardware Industry like Electrical ,Switch Gear Industries ,Elevators, Air Conditioning ,and Modular Furniture preferably to the residential sector experience selling to Clients/ Architect will be an added advantage.

Job Description :-

• Responsible for generating sales though key accounts such as Architects , Contractor, Builders Corporate and Project Management consultants and local leaders.

• Generate leads and follow up on projects for selling performance based solutions.

• Developing Verticals Prospect ( Identifying and Generating Prospect from New customers, Projects) at the National and Domestic levels.

• Tracking the usage of competitive products in the vertical.

• Identifying areas for expanding usage of gypsum based products or solutions in the defined vertical.

• Analytical skills excellent communication ,persuasive and assertive.

• Building Portfolio of solutions for the verticals , establish specification and track adoption.

• Marketing Activities for Dudhi Gypsum products in the define verticals-build brand preferences for Dudhi Gypsum Product and system –through visibility / association / interaction participation in verticals specific exhibitions ,meet, conferences ,verticals specific marketing communication

• Develop database of verticals specific community and use the same for marketing communications activites

Salary range: 6, 50,000/- To 8, 50,000/- Per Year.
